$5,500 Teaching Artist Residency Awards: Application Now Open

Teachers teams of 3 or more may apply.

We are seeking schools that want to use creativity to more fully engage students in their learning.

PreK-12 schools are eligible for a $5,500 teaching artist residency award, which includes seven days of planning and training with your teacher team, three graduate credits for participating teachers, and a seven day in-school residency.

This year's theme is Personlization: How do we take what others have made, and make it our own?

The Walls Project at Montpelier High School partnered English, social studies, orchestra, and biology teachers with visual art and music teaching artists to lead students to use their creativity as a catalyst for learning.
